We offer our clients a range of services such as but not limited to, Swedish, Sports,
Lymphatic, and Prenatal Massages.
Our Therapeutic Sports Massage is our most recommended and specialized session; mixing a variety of techniques to get the most in depth approach for relief. Suggested for those with range of motion or other chronic issues.

Our in house CBD products are focused on facilitating musculoskeletal health, CBD can be added to any service for additional benefits and relaxation( NOTE: CBD Products must have less than .03% THC = NO psychoactive effects). Our CBD topical coats your pain receptors to "delay the pain to your brain." Not a miracle worker, but at the end of the day you may have only thought of THAT ache 3x & not 10x a day.
Take home salves are available for purchase onsite.
